A. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email from the registered email ID, with the registration number clearly mentioned in the subject line.
B. Registration is strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
C. Cancellations received on or before 15th August 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund on the base registration amount, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing charges.
D. Cancellations received between 16th August 2026 and 15th September 2026 will be eligible for a 25% refund on the base registration amount, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing charges.
E. No refunds will be applicable for cancellations received on or after 16th September 2026.
F. GST, payment gateway charges, processing fees, and convenience charges are strictly non-refundable.
G. All eligible refunds will be processed within six (6) weeks after completion of the conference.
H. The date and time stamp of the cancellation email received by the conference secretariat shall be considered the official date of cancellation.
